Dearest Friends,
Today we saw The Lord wonderfully answer prayer. Around 70 children
and 40 parents and grandparents sat on an open porch in the cold and
listened to the wonderful story of Jesus who has come to rescue us!
All were muslim, but very open to hearing about Jesus. Surely your
prayers touched them , as well as the life of Fatina. She is a refugee
just like everyone in the crowd, but since escaping the civil war in
her own country, she has come to faith. This lady is so excited about
Jesus and she was personally responsible for all who attended the
puppet show. Her faith is contagious!
Some of the children and adults prayed with us today! Praise God! They
were so happy to receive the hats and gloves we gave and the
balloons.because these children have lost everything, our friend
Shaddai also passed out Christmas shoe boxes.The children were
thrilled!
Tomorrow, Friday, we have 6 or 7 shows in one place. We are doing
shorter programs and only have to set up once. We will be on the
border with over 400 children . It is very cold there and our space
can only take around 50 children . These little ones have suffered
greatly and really need to know Jesus, his forgiveness and his hope.
