March 15th, 2007 Travel to Taiwan

Dearest Friends,

Thursday at 10 AM, 6 of us will leave for Taiwan. That is today! Please pray! Ask God to do more than we can imagine as we share with mostly Buddhists children!

Our hearts are still so full from our time in India. We received this wonderful thank you note from the young man who received a set of puppet equipment. Here is a part of his thank you note. His name is Alexander. Very soon, he will graduate from ACA and marry. Together, he and his wife will seek to reach children with the only hope, Jesus Christ.
Thank you for all the help and prayer.
I am praying for you.
And your Agape Puppets Ministry.
In my heart I plan to do ministry after my graduation.
But only if it is the will of God.
Today I will start my Children's ministry
There is a small village called 'Eluvapally'
I will not carry all the stuff, but with Balloons and Thunder drum, etc...
Pray for me.
With great love and gratitude in Christ Jesus,
Alexander
We were able to give a number of students balloons and pumps. These small gifts were received with such enthusiasm and gratitude. Your gifts made these gifts possible. Below is a thank you note from just one of these dear young men. All of them are literally willing to risk their very lives so that Hindu children might hear about Jesus. All they ask of us is our prayers and some equipment. Please help us help them! Write me if you are called by God to help with their needs. Be blessed as you read this note from our friend Moses.
The time I spend with you and your team, it was encouraging to me. I believe that God is using you mightily. Praise the Lord. Thanks for the balloons and pump which you gave to me. God blessed the ministry which we are doing presently. 14 churches are established and 14 Sunday schools. Continue to pray for the ministry, nearly 800 children are there. I will go in the summer. I will do ministry among them. Please pray for me. I think in future if God's willing, you have to come and see our ministry. I was really challenged by your last day and encouraged.
Convey my regards to the team. I will be praying for you and for your team.
Bye for now
Your son in Christ
Moses
Pray for India! Pray for Taiwan! Beg the Father to deliver them from darkness into light!!!
In Jesus, Linda for the team

March 16th, 2006 Travel to Taiwan and Arrival

Dearest Friends,

We are in Taiwan! Yesterday as we prepared to leave, we asked God to do something beyond our imagination. God has already answered our prayers. We arrived in Taipei at 11 PM Friday night. Praise God that all of our tubs and suitcases arrived safely with no problems at customs.

Peter and Melody were waiting on us with the most wonderful news. Tomorrow may well be the single best day that we have ever had doing ministry in Taiwan. We will be working with World Vision at an amusement park doing programs for about 400 children all day long. These children are from very poor homes, many of them broken by alcohol or divorce. What makes this opportunity so special is that we have total freedom as we share.

When we go into Buddhist schools, we can tell a Bible story, present the Gospel clearly, and even tell the children how to pray to recieve Christ as Savior. However we still have to be very, very careful with the words we use, and at exactly what times in the program we introduce the Gospel. In some rural schools, we have even been allowed to pray with the children in the past but we must always be so careful.

This is what makes tomorrow/today so special. Everyone knows that World Vision is a Christian organization and they expect to hear about Jesus. We can really tell these children all about Jesus and how wonderful He is. We can pray with the children. Best of all we have all day to share with them. Please rejoice and please pray.

Dearest Friends,

AMAZING GOD!

A Day at a Science Park The Father heard your prayers! Today we heard more than 100 children calling on Jesus , asking God to be their Father. Our Pastor friend Peter was so happy with the response. It was not an easy show, both we and the national team that we were working with had many equipment problems. However, everyone kept smiling and just tried to sort out the problems. No one got upset. They all kept a sweet spirit.

All of these children are supported by World Vision, adopted by a family in America. They were all so curious about us and wanted to try out their English, but they did not always know what they said. A little boy ran up to me and said, "I love you, baby!" One little boy wanted to talk to us and told me that he was a Christian. He had prayed with us last year in a mountain school. Please pray for him to be a bright light for Jesus!

Tomorrow, Sunday, we will be at a mountain church and on Monday, we will begin to do programs at Buddhist schools. Please stand with us in prayer.

Love in Jesus,

Dearest Friends,

THE POWER OF GOD

"My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad." Psalm 34:2 This morning we did a puppet show at a new Buddhist school. The children had a fantastic time, laughing and enjoying every part of the story. When we finished, the principal stood in front of the school and announced that the point of this story was love. Children corrected her and said, "No, Jesus." We all felt like cheering!

A TEACHER'S QUESTION

When we finished the program at one school, a teacher came over to talk to me. She said that she had been touched by the story and liked it very much. "Are there more stories like the one you told?", she asked. When I told her that this was one of many stories about Jesus, she became excited. Then she told me something that broke my heart. She told me that she had never heard this story before.

What was the very unusual story that a university educated woman had never heard? I told a simple Bible story about Jesus, how he healed the sick, looked at people with eyes full of love, and with his words , calmed a storm. She touched her heart and told me that she felt it there as she listened.

I explained to the children and to the teachers how Jesus could change a life. Please pray for this dear teacher to come to faith. We went today and bought her a Bible so that she could read more stories and Pastor Peter and Melody will deliver it. They will do everything that they can to help her learn more about the "new story" that we pray will change her life.

PROBLEMS

At 2 later shows, more than a 1000 children heard about the promise that God made to man to send His Son to save us. They heard how He died and rose from the dead. This is a story that no other "religion" can claim.

Everyone of us felt and witnessed the spiritual attack at the school. It was the same last year when we went to this school. Please pray for us as this is a country with countless temples, thousands of idols, and much demonic activity. Sam and Heather are sick with very bad colds and some of the team have stomach concerns. I begin every morning feeling well rested and ready to go. By the time we finish the first story, I am exhausted, so much more than I would normally experience. This is a very dark place and we need you to pray if we are to stand in the dark.

Dearest Friends,

LIGHT

"In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness." John 1:4-5

Pastor Peter and I were talking today. We are both so amazed and delighted by all we see the Father doing with the children, that though we see it happening, we struggle to describe it even with each other. He said, "Each year , we have more and more freedom."

This is our 4th trip to Taiwan and God seems to be throwing open the doors. There was one break in our schedule on Saturday that we needed to fill and 2 different groups begged for the space. Now, we are trying to find a way to do both.

Already , people are asking when we will return, not just Christians, but mostly public schools. They are so happy with the program. Today, more than 700 children heard about Jesus Christ and yesterday, more than 1200 children and teachers came to the puppet shows. How can I describe to you the joy of the children, their laughter, their wonder at the news of the Gospel!

These are some of the comments that we received today:

1.  "You have brought the message of God to this school."
2.  "My heart is warm from this story."
3.  "When will you come again?"
4.  "Thank you, thank you, thank you."

Christian teachers came and talked to me after one show. They said in watching all of us share so clearly and boldly, they had been encouraged to belive that they could do the same. Please pray for the believing teachers that we meet to be encouraged.

TEAM

God is doing awesome things, but the enemy is not inactive. Our team really needs prayer for health and strength. Today, we took Sam and Heather to see a doctor and they have bronchitis. Mykayla's stomach is making her life difficult, as she battles the constant feeling of nausea. Praise God that Hannah and Jon are well.

In spite of these problems, all are doing a wonderful job! Sam amazes the children as he juggles clubs and knives, telling them that they can know Jesus as their best friend. Heather is such a good puppeteer, making the puppets seem alive.

Mykayla is only five feet tall and chops a 1 inch pine board in half with her hand. Then, as the children are in awe of her "great strength", she explains to them that God is the strength of her heart and they really listen! Today, this was especially true.

Jon and Hannah are faithful friends, always willing to help with extra work when others feel bad. I am constantly blessed by their kindness.

A HUG

At a rural school today, a little girl waited after the program finished. Actually, she came and found me outside. She wanted just one thing...to say thank you and give me a hug! I also was given a beautiful smile. I felt like she had given me a great treasure. This treasure is yours too as you faithfully pray and through your prayers, give us the strength and vision we need to continue.

Tomoorow, we begin several days of ministry in the mountains. We are so happy!

In Jesus, Linda for all of us

Dearest Friends,

BIG STOMACH SCHOOL

Honest, that is the name of the place that we visted yesterday and did a program. They were so excited for us to come as we were their first foreign visitors to come and do a program. They brought in the younger children from a dozen different schools and we had over 600 children at the show. This number did not include all of the older children who came to the show and stood at the back of the room because they wanted so desperately to be included. Their desire to see enabled them to hear all about Jesus.

This school places an emphasis on maintaining the history of the Hakka people, an unreached people group for the Gospel in Taiwan. The children did an amazing traditional Chinese puppets show, complete with live Chinese music that they played. It was a wonderful show lasting more than half a hour. One of the wonders of the day was that after sitting for more than an hour before we started our program, they listened. Everyone was pleased with their good behavior, but we knew that it was only the power of prayer.

The day was amazing, with even the teachers happy with the puppet show. In order to be allowed to come to this school(this was our first visit) , we had to promise to do not just songs with the puppets, but an actual puppet show. No problem as we do 12 minute puppet dramas all the time, but not in Chinese. Everyone was really praying. They translated one of American shows, superheroes, into Chinese. The team used the sound effects a markers so that they could find their places. You caannot imagine what what skill this performance required from the team. Praise God for the good job they did that opened the door for so many to hear about Jesus.

They were all so kind to us, giving us traditional Hakka scarfs as thank you presents. Many of the classes had their pictures made with us and we were photographed for a local newspaper.l

In fact, everyone was so excited, they asked us to come again next year and schedule 2 shows at their school so that we coulkd do programs for all of the children. Praise God! Remember, this is a Buddhist school and we are all so thankful for them allowing us to come.

LUNCH WITH THE PRICNCIPAL

Following the show at Big Stomach School, the principal took us to lunch. They placed a dozen different dishes on the table, with everyone needing a big stomach to eat so much good food. The food was great, but the best part of the meal was the conversation. The principal and the 2 teachers with him were all Buddhists and wanted to know why I was so driven to talk to chidren about Jesus and do these programs.

Their questions were a special gift to me from the Father. Though I do not always write about it, I am always thinking about Mike. I miss him every moment of every day. I knew that yesterday was 1 and a half years that he was home with Jesus. I asked the Lord to comfort me with a special opportunity to talk aboUt Jesus. Lunch was the Father's gift.

They asked so many good questions and were clearly touched by the stories about the children around the world and Mike's testimony. Truthfully, it is difficult to ignore or dismiss the testimony of a widow who clearly loved her husband and trusts in Jesus at a very difficult time. I understand this reality and am always asking the Lord to help me honor Him and our love story with the words that I speak. Please pray that the Gospel will grow in their hearts!

INTERESTING THINGS

Pork meatballs are one of the favorite things for people to eat. They are usually served in soup and are very traditional, but new flavors include strawberry. We have not seen this one, but we have eaten alot of fish balls in our soup. I read about something called Pig's Blood Cake, but we have not eaten it. God is very kind to us.

Everywhere, we go, people stare at us because we are the only white faces that are there, with few exceptions. You can also enjoy shaved ice in a variety of fruit flavors, topped with red beans or green beans.

Most small, family owned businesses all have a"god shelf" or a full altar in their store. We are surrounded by idols of every description.

Dearest Friends,

SURPRISE

I should not be able to write to you, but to our suprise, the house that we are staying at in the mountains has a high speed internet connection. I do not even have this at my house Georgia. From where we are sitting, we are looking out a window at the most incredible view. We are in the middle of the mountains and some of the tops are hidden by the clouds. '

This afternoon as I walked around the house and looked at the un believable view, tears filled my eyes. I was in awe of the wonder of God's creation. There is a passage in scripture that talks about how if we refuse to praise God, then the rocks will call out His name. These mountains are screaming the name of the one true God and proclaiming His greatness.

AUTOGRAPHS, FLOWERS AND PHOTOGRAPHS

The response at the first school that we did a program at today was unbelievable! Everyone really enjoyed the show. When we finished the program, all of the children crowded around us begging for our autographs. Many brought scraps of paper that they had obviously torn off someone elses page, but some held out their hand and begged us to sign it. The children got so excited that they began to say that they would never wash their hands. The same thing happened to me as I was shaking the children's hands.

Everyone wanted to have their photograph made with us. Mykayla was even givin a beautiful flower as a thank you gift by one of the children. Their enthuiasm was very important because this is a rural school in a town that is dominated by a large temple, one that is very important to the Hakka people. Most of these children were hearing the Gospel for the very first time. Please ask God to help them remember what they heard today. Ask Him to call them to faith in Jesus Christ.

PROBLEMS

Not everyone was happy with our program. At the end of the program, the principal announced to the children what the message had been. She said, "Today we learned, that if we have a problem, we must help ourselves." She is Buddhist and this was her effort to try and destroy the message that the children had heard. You should have seen their faces when she spoke. They looked at her with total disbelief.

Many times during the story, I had said that we cannot help ourselves, only Jesus can help us. The children had listened with their ears and their hearts and her efforts failed.

We have more stories, but you will have to wait until later. Pray!!!

Dearest Friends,

MORE ADVENTURES IN THE MOUNTAINS

More than a hundred children were sitting on the ground in front of us to watch the puppet show. They were very excited because about two thirds had been at the show last year. One little boy came and told Mykayla that he remembered her from the previous year and was so happy to see her.

Behind them , the scenery was amazing. Tall mountain peaks and and a bright blue sky filled our view. Pastor Peter was translating for me and we had the best time telling the children the story of Joseph, how he had his eyes on God, and how they could forgive others when they had been forgiven. When we finished, so many children called on Jesus, asking him to save them! Praise God!

The children at another school were just as happy. It is wonderful when you see children enjoying and really getting excited about a Bible story. The principal thanked us for coming and invited us to come again.

We love these shows in the mountains because we have so much freedom to share. In other schools, we can tell the children how to pray, but here we can pray with them. Though we have returned to the city now, all of us are happy that we still have 2 more days of mountain shows ne!xt week. Keep praying!

PROBLEMS- TRANSLATORS AND THE MOUNTAING PUPPET TEAM

No ministry is without problems and we have 2 that need your prayers. Please pray for the translators that will work with us over the remaining days. Pastor Peter has given sacrifically of his time, but cannot be with us tomorrow. Please pray for the lady who will translate for us. Ask the Lord to give her understanding, as well as the ability to tell the story with enthuiasm.

Earlier today, a school wanted us to use their translator. The young man was not a Christian and told us that he had never heard a Bible story, but he had spent 11 years in the United States. When he found out that we would pray with the children, he said, "Whoa! This will be really wierd...like I never saw anyone pray before." I wanted to weep. In all that time in America, he had never seen someone talking to God. It reminded me again how important it is to remember to stop and pray over our meals when we are out to lunch and dinner. Such a small thing, but he never saw one of us call on God.

He had lived in California and thought that if someone wore a cross, that meant they were a Christian. He was surprised to discover that faith was something that happened on the inside. His name is Eddie and he promised me that he would read some in the book of John that he owns. Please pray for him!

Our second concern is for the mountain puppet team that we equipped last year. They need leadership for their team. Though Pastor Ly really wants a puppet ministry, he needs someone to be in charge of this work. Please ask God to call someone to this ministry. The mountain schools are so open right now for evangelistic outreaches, but the door will not always be open. Please pray!

HOSPITAL SHOW

Tomorrow, Saturday, we will be doing ministry at the largest hospital in Taiwan, Macau Hospital in Taipei. It was built by a Christian Canadian doctor many years ago. Many people will cross the lobby where we will set up our stage. Ask the Father to fill us with His compassion and His wisdom. Ask Him to call many to faith!

In Jesus, Linda for a very tired, but happy team

Dearest Friends,

MACKAY HOSPITAL

Around 1850, a Canadian missionary came to Taiwan and saw the need that people had for good medical care. So, he went home to Canada to become a doctor so that he could help the people of Taiwan. Today the biggest hospital in Taiwan bears his name and that is where we were today.

Hundreds of people stood for an hour listening to Bible stories, watching puppets, enjoying juggling, and listening to the young people’s testimonies. We were on the center stage in the main lobby with spot lights on us. However, the crowd spread across 3 floors, many watching from balconies on the second and third levels. Some people were in wheel chairs and others had IVs attached to them. People of all ages were at the puppet show including many sick children as well as many visitors.

Best of all, we had complete freedom to talk about Jesus, as this is a Christian hospital. The chaplain was so delighted with the program, that she wants to schedule us for multiple shows at the same hospitals next year. She also treated us to lunch on the sixteenth floor, where we had an incredible view of the city of Taipei.

Please pray for the hundreds of people who heard the gospel today to put their trust in Jesus Christ.

ONE LITTLE GIRL

A little girl named Ling came to the puppet show at the hospital today. After we finished she kept coming up to me and wanting to talk. She used her cell phone to take pictures of us, so I gave her one of my business cards with a picture of Mike and I on the back. She continued to stand around, long after we had finished tying balloons for all of the children. Clearly, she just wanted to talk.

I encouraged her to remember the story that she has heard. We began to talk about God’s promise of heaven. Then she told us that her mother was in the hospital being treated for diabetes. She was only eleven years old but she was there to take care of her mother. We made her a bouquet of balloon flowers and one of our friends offered to translate her Chinese emails into English if she wanted to write to me.

Please pray for Ling. Ask the Father to call her to faith in Jesus Christ. She was a very sweet little girl who was hungry for attention and worried about her mother.

A BAG OF RICE

Every time we eat a meal, we have the opportunity to fellowship with other believers and are able to really get to know our brothers and sisters here in Taiwan. We especially love listening to their stories and testimonies. Today we heard a true story about a husband and wife in Mainland, China. It is a GREAT story! The wife came to faith in Jesus Christ but her husband did not know God. She was very kind and always offering to feed other people. The family was very poor and the husband began to complain about her giving away so much of their food.

She told him not to worry, that she knew that God would provide. So one night when the rice bag was empty he decided to test God he locked the empty bag in a room and told his wife what he had done. Then he said “If God is God, He will fill the rice bag”, but he was sure this would not happen. However his wife was absolutely sure that God would provide.

The next morning he went in the room expecting to find nothing, but to his amazement the rice bag was full. Immediately, he believed that God was God and asked Jesus Christ to be his savior. My friend met this couple, this is a true story of great faith.

DELIGHTS AND WONDERS

Today our driver bought jasmine flowers from a street vendor to tie inside our van. It made the car smell fantastic. As we drove to Taipei we past many rice patties. The water in them reflected the beautiful blue sky above. Tonight we enjoyed sunflower soup that was made from an actual sunflower. Chinese is a very difficult language to speak but it appears even harder to read, especially when you see directions written in Chinese. Yesterday our friend stopped and treated the team to ice cream. Apple was the flavor that Hannah enjoyed.

Dearest Friends,

CLOSED COUNTRIES

We have many teams in closed countries that we supply with equipment through friends in other countries. A closed country is a place where it is very difficult for an American to go as a missionary and Christians are usually being persecuted there. When we receive reports from these places , we will randomly include them with the reports from whatever country that we are presently serving. For the safety of our brothers and sisters in these countries, we will never report to you the actual places. Truthfully, we have been doing this type of work for years. We have many puppet teams in places where people willingly risk everything they have and even their lives to share the love of Jesus with children. In one of these coutries, our friends were able to hold 2 different meetings and train more than 100 children's workers. More , they were able to supply them with needed supplies and equipment because of your generosity. Everyone who came to the meetings learned how to use balloons to teach Creation and present the Gospel using different colored balloons. They received lessons on how to use puppets and draw pictures with chalk so they could tell Bible stories. Four key leaders received special training and equipment so that they could train others. They sent the following prayer requests. Please ask God to open doors for us to share with our children. Ask Him to make us bold since we are forbidden by law from sharing with small children. Please ask God to make it possible for the supplies and equipment that we need to pass unnoticed through security checkpoints. Ask God to give us His vision for this work. Please pray specifically for this place as God knows exactly who you are praying for!

SUNDAY MORNING

We worshipped today in Chinese and English, at 2 different services. We also did a puppet show outside for 80 children and their parents. The rain came and the children prayed with Melody asking God to stop the rain. There was no other place for us to do the show that was big enough and all the children were so excited when the rain stopped. What a sweet lesson to teach children!

Many times we were told to give a clap for the Lord. We all smiled and clapped. Peter's son had made a DVD on our ministry in Taiwan so that the church could see what God had been doing. It was awesome! At both, I gave a missionary report and my testimony. One dear young girl was so moved that she came and kissed my hand. Then it was my turn to be so blessed. Sam shared about Ireland and how God is moving in that place. Hannah, Heather, and Mykayla sang a beautiful praise song, "Knowing You Jesus". which blessed everyone. The words are the desire of my heart and I want to share them with you.

All I once held dear
Built my life upon
All this worlds reveres and wars to own
All I once thought gain, I have counted lost,
Spent and worthless now compared to this.
Knowing you Jesus
Knowing you
There is no greater thing,
You're my all, you're the best, you're my joy, my righteousness, and I love you Lord.

I know that many of you have heard this song, but it never fails to refocus my heart.

MOUNTAIN MINISTRY

Tomorrow,Monday, we return to the mountains for 2 days and then back to the city for one last day of ministry before we fly on Thursday for home. These last few days are very precious to us. Please ask God to pour out His spirit on this time. We have so few opportunities remaining and we ache to see children come to Jesus. Pray!

Dearest Friends,

POWER OF GOD

We did a program for around 400 teenagers and they loved it! All of us could feel the power of God moving in that place. They laughed and clapped and even asked us for a copy of the music that we used. If teenagers who are not Christians like your music, it is amazing! I was not allowed to pray with them, but I explained very carefully how they could pray and ask Jesus to be their Savior. They were listening so intently that I felt some must have come to know Him. The principal who is Buddhist was also aware that something was happening. He did not understand the Holy Spirit of God, but he knew that the “one true God” that we had been talking about was clearly winning! At the end of the program, he stood up and gave a 5 minute speech trying to minimize the spiritual damage that he had witnessed. He said, “This was a talk about love, love of country and love of self.” No one was listening! They had heard the truth and they would not believe a lie! God is awesome!

SWEETEST SMELLING SHOW

We drove deep into the country and into the mountains. The school was surrounded by fields of jasmine in full bloom and it smelled fantastic. This was a Hakka place and very spiritually dark. The Hakka people are Buddhists and they also worship their dead ancestors. This was a very difficult show and all of could feel the darkness. It was still a privilege to share and we beg you to pray that these children will remember the truth. Ask God to send them His light!

BLESSINGS

1.  Sharing Jesus’ love in Hakka places where Gospel is news
2.  Sharing Jesus at a school right beside a Buddhist temple
3.  Watching thousands of children laugh, smile, and enjoy the puppet shows
4.  Seeing the looks of total amazement when Sam pulls out his knives to juggle
5.  Climbing higher and higher in the mountains to reach another group of children
6.  Hearing so many people tell me, “I’ve never heard that story before.” And what was that very unusual story? I told them about Jesus      and His miracles and how they could know Him.
7.  Speaking with young teenage girls before a show and telling them a “love story”. I told them Mike and mines’s story and how such great      love was only possible because of the love we had for Jesus Christ. After the program, they all came to see me and thank me again for      the story.
8.  Sharing the Lord’s supper with Chinese and Phillipino brothers and sisters
9.  Watching Sam stand up in church and share a praise report. He said, “When I go home to Ireland, my fiancée will come for a visit the      next day.” His smile gets bigger each day as the day grows closer!
10.  Being humbled by the kindness of our dear friends in the mountains. They give us their best beds and when they cook for us, they       always want us to eat first. Then, they eat.
11.  Seeing an 8 by 10 color photograph of the puppet team on the front page of the newspaper. Such goo advertisement for the work with        the children and paid for by Buddhists!
12.  Sitting in a room built especially for prayer at a church high in the mountains. They had a world map covering most of one wall so that        they could better pray for the people of the world to come to Jesus. I was amazed at their vision!
13.  Watching Hannah, Jon , Mykayla , Heather , and Sam demonstrate a sweet spirit day after day, ignoring how they felt and focusing on        the children.
14.  Enjoying tea with our good friend Elder Wong and sharing hope with his good friend, the owner of the business
15.  Doing 2 shows with children in mountain schools and hearing so many call on Jesus, asking Him to be their Savior

WE ARE SO BLESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dearest Friends,

OUR LAST DAY IN TAIWAN

Today was an incredible day! We went to two schools that we had never visited before. For most people in these schools, this was their first opportunity to hear about Jesus Christ. Both were public schools and nintey-nine percent Buddhist. We received the invitation to go to these schools, because in each there were Christian teachers that wanted us to come. The children in both places were absolutely thrilled with the program!

In one school, we had 685 children and at the other school, over 400 children. Their laughter and smiles made our last day in Taiwan very special. Both groups listened amazingly well, but at the second school the children stared at us with deep longing as they listened to the story. Peter and I both noticed the way they listened. You could see in their eyes that they believed the story that they were hearing. One principal spoke when we finished, again trying to diminish the message of the Gospel. Please pray that the children will remember the truth they heard and that it will root in their hearts! Please pray that both of these schools will allow us to return next year.

After a lovely lunch with 4 of our Chinese friends, we spent the afternoon with Peter and Melody dividing the equipment and planning next year's ministry. Today people came to one of our shows to see the program and then invited us to do a show at another hospital next year. This evening, we had dinner with friends from 5 different countries. All of us share the same faith and we spent the evening planning future work in the Phillipines. Praise God!

HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow morning, Thursday, March 29th, we begin our trip home! We need your prayers as we are all exhausted and travel is not an easy experience. Please pray that they do not loose our bags and that all of our flight connections are possible. Pray that we will not miss an opportunity to be a blessing to someone!
